The DELTASCOPE® FMP instrument series uses the magnetic induction method according to DIN EN ISO 2178 and ASTM B499. It is used for the measurement of:
- Non-ferromagnetic metal coatings， e.g.， chrome， copper， zinc， as well as paint， lacquer， enamel or plastic coatings on steel and iron.
